Jennie's Heavenly Slow Cooker Chicken
Jennie's heavenly slow-cooker chicken recipe gently cooks chicken breasts in a cream cheese, mushroom soup, Italian dressing mix, and white wine sauce.
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed golden mushroom soup
- 1 (8 ounce) container chive and onion cream cheese
- ½ cup dry white wine
- 1 (.7 ounce) package dry Italian-style salad dressing mix
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
Instructions
- 1Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat; stir in mushroom soup, cream cheese, wine, and salad dressing mix until hot, smooth, and combined.
- 2Place chicken breasts in the bottom of a slow cooker; pour cream cheese sauce over top. Cover slow cooker. Cook on Low until chicken is tender, about 4 hours.
