Ingredients
- 4 pork steaks
- 2 tbsp pork rub
- 1 tsp celtic sea salt
- 1 tsp fresh cracked pepper
Instructions
- 1Pat any excess moisture off pork steaks with paper towel.
- 2Generously rub pork steaks with pork rub, salt, and pepper.
- 3Place in slow cooker and cook on high for 4-6 hours, until fork tender (my slow cookers vary wildly - check pork after 4 hours, and adjust cook time if not tender yet.)
