Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 cup chopped cooked chicken
- 1 can (10 1/2 oz) condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup Bisquick™ Original Pancake & Baking Mix
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 egg
Instructions
- 1Heat oven to 375°F. Spray 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray. Add vegetables, chicken and soup; stir to mix.
- 2In medium bowl, stir remaining ingredients until blended. Pour into pie plate.
- 3Bake uncovered 29 to 33 minutes or until crust is deep golden brown.
